Michael Jackson fans

While in Manila, we found Nixxio's dvd on Michael Jackson's Number One hits. Both Nadine and Raya are so addicted to the videos! (Actually, even Alyssa is. She is actually mesmerized when the dvd is showing. Hehehe!) They can watch the videos over and over!

In the list of songs, we skip the Thriller video because we feel the scenes are too graphic for them. But one time, Mier showed them just a part of the Thriller show --- the scene wherein Michael was walking in the street with his girlfriend, just before the zombies come. Since this was in the 80's Michael was dressed in his red jacket with pointed and thick shoulder pads. His girlfriend was wearing a blue shirt also with thick shoulder pads. Nadine asked, "Why are they in super hero costumes?" Hahaha! That's the fashion of the 80's for a 21st century girl. :-)

Alyssa is 4 months!

Alyssa turned 4 months last Jan 9. My 12.5 lbs and 60 cm baby did not cry when her doctor gave her monthly vaccine. What a brave girl! We invited Mama Flory, Tita Mabel, Ninong John and Ninong James for spaghetti and meat roll that night at our house. Isn't she adorable?

In Cavite

I couldn't resist asking Jeff (Lopez) to take some photos of me with my girls and solo of Alyssa while he was with us in Bacoor, Cavite. Love how these photos came out! Thank you so much, Jeff!

Our Christmas 2007

We spent Christmas Eve in Cagayan de Oro with my family. Went to mass at Xavier University at 10pm (the girls were asked to offer flowers to Mama Mary) then had Noche Buena at my parents' place at Macasandig. The next day, Christmas day, we left for Manila to spend two weeks with my in laws in Cavite. Mier will be leaving earlier though because he had work.

Field Demonstration

Nadine and Raya has their field demonstration for Rosevale school last Dec 12.

Chocolate Monsters

My girls are such chocolate monsters! We got this box of cookies covered with Belgian chocolate from Tita Bel, my Papa's sister in the US, and the girls enjoyed every cookie in that box! It was so funny because Nadine kept on saying, "This is good! This is very good! Hmmm... This is really good!" with every bite. Yes, they just love chocolates. I wonder where they got it from?
